[Networking] Help with Quality of Service (QoS)

Hello all, I'm trying to set up QoS on my Actiontec MI424WR (Rev. I) router. I want to prioritze my Xbox One. I followed the guide linked below. http://support.actiontec.com/doc_files/MI424WR_Rev._E&F_How_To_Configure_QoS.pdf When performing an Xbox connectivity test, the test returns 100% packet loss...
