Blacklist for Vz e-mail?

Hi ALL, Is there a Blacklist available within Vz e-mail? In other words can I set up a specific e-mail address to be blocked from being received. My sister (we both have FiOS and use Vz e-mail addresses) got stuck on a list of spam and they all come from one of her neighbor's e-mail address. I was able to put that address in the Blacklist of the e-mail program but the spam still comes in and is then deleted. But I would like to be able to prevent it from being received at all. I looked at the e-mail options from the Vz web site but could not find anything like this. Is there some mechanism to prevent specific e-mail addresses from being received. Thanks, Gerry
