I received an email from Verizon on the 29th stating in part
"In order to continue to bring you quality service and product innovation, at times we need to raise our rates. Your monthly rate will increase by $3.00 and will be reflected on your bill within the next two months. This rate will remain in effect for one year"
Of course, the salutation is "Dear Valued Verizon Customer"!
Has anyone else seen this? I have to wonder what "innovation" or "quality service" I am funding!
