I called in February about dropping the TV portion of the bill and the associate offered a $30 discount on my services.  He said the total will be reflected on the next bill I receive and I received a confirmation email (attached).  The next bill I received is $5 higher than my existing bill and then the bill for April is $8 higher.
The sales people burned me three years ago by doing bait and switch.  They promised me 35/35 at X price for two years after I asked repeatedly if the price is for the term of the contract.  I receive an email that indicated I had a lower service and had to call it back to get it fixed.  I asked again if the price was for the term of the contract no less than 3 times.  Then I received an email stating that the second year was higher by $5.  I didn't battle them for it but it's simply the wrong way to run a business.
