The people here seem to be the most informed group I have seen so I am going to ask all of you a question.
I started Fios on 3/25. It was prime HD AND 50/25 internet for $90 a month for two years. I now see a promotion for prime HD an 15/5 for $49 s month. Kick in the $10 a month upgrade to 50/25 it comes out to $60 s month for two years. I am in my 30 day window that states I can cancel with no ETF.
How do I get Verizon to change my plan? Two phone calls have done nothing. The first said the system was down and they could not make changes. The second said it was an online offer and they couldn't help. Am I just getting the runaround here?
