Hi, I used to be a Verizon Fios customer where I lived on Bay 13th St and Benson ave..(2 way St, poles in front of house) however I moved to Bay 16th St btw Bath ave and Crospey..(a 1 way street..poles wired from backyard ) So I know that apparently the landlord has to get clearance for wiring because Verizon wants to finish wiring up all the front houses first or what not..my question is that does anyone know how get possibly speed up the process? like is there some sort of way to get Verizon to know I want to get access to Fios ? Thanks in advance.
