[Networking] USB Hard Drive Remote Access behind FiOS Actiontec to 2nd Router

Hi All, I am a FiOS customer trying to access remotely a USB hard drive connected to my Linksys router behind the FiOS Actiontec. I have the Linksys set up as a second router to handle wireless traffic as well as USB. I have DHCP disabled on the Linksys and a static ip address of 192.168.1.150 for the Linksys. How can I access the USB hard drive outside of my home network? I tried setting it up similar to IP Cams I have but that isn't working. Any suggestions or help is much appreciated.
